ይህ ውል በድንገተኛ በውጫዊና በአይን በሚታይ አደጋ ሳቢያ በሚደርስ የአካል መቁሰል አደጋ ምክንያት የሚመጣ የአካል ጉዳት ወይም ሞትን የሚሽፍን ሲሆን ይህ የአካል መቁሰል ግን ለደረሰው የአካል ጉዳት ወይም ሞት ብቸኛና ቀጥተኛ መንሰኤ መሆን አለበት፡፡ የመድን ሽፋኑ በተጨማሪ ውል ለህመምተኞች የህክምና ወጪ እንዲሽፍን ሊደረግ ይችላል፡፡ የጉዳት ካሳን በፍጥነት ለመክፈል መሟላት ከሚገባቸው ማስረጃዎች መካከል፣
